Inspired by Ousmane Sembene, the father of Africano cinema, I dream of creating films that both resonate and connect with the people.

I graduated from Alamosa High School with honors while at the same time I earned my Associate of Arts Degree from Adams State University. Additionally, I graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production and a minor in Film Studies.

I was a former on-air host for Alamosa’s NPR-affiliated radio station, KRZA. Currently, I volunteer as a DJ and host for three shows under CU’s radio station KVCU.
